How to delete your Ajkonic account

You can request deletion of your Ajkonic account and associated personal data at any time. This also applies if you signed in using Facebook or another social login provider.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

  • Sign in to Ajkonic with your account.
  • Open Manage Account.
  • In Danger Zone, choose Delete Account.
  • Confirm the deletion prompt.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, send an email to info@ajkonic.ai with the subject User Data Deletion Request. Please include the email address used for your Ajkonic account and mention if you used Facebook/Meta login. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request belongs to your account.

What happens after deletion

  • We delete your Ajkonic account, login profile, and account data that is no longer needed to provide the service.
  • Some records may be retained where required by law, for example billing, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute records.
  • Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, which acts as an independent controller for payment-related data. Payment data deletion or access requests may also need to be made directly with the merchant of record.
  • Data stored by Meta/Facebook is controlled by Meta. To manage or delete data held by Meta, use Meta's privacy controls.
